What Difference Does It Make If Conservatives ARE Stupid?

Sure they're pretty stupid, but what difference does it make? After all, science doesn't know about anything scientific...

"Neil deGrasse Tyson Hit by Creationist Backlash for Explaining Universe Is Billions of Years Old."

"In the wake of the success of the 'Cosmos' television series, which picked up four Emmy Awards earlier this week, Neil deGrasse Tyson discussed politics, religion and science in a recent interview with AlterNet.

"When I asked if the success of 'Cosmos' had surprised him, Tyson said he had not anticipated the kind of coverage the show would get by entertainment sites and blogs. Because of the show's major network backing and primetime slot, he said, it was covered like any other television show. He said this forced many entertainment writers to write about all sorts of science topics not often covered in these publications, exposing the show to a new and possibly unintended audience.

"Tyson was not as shocked by the backlash the show garnered from certain religious and political groups, mainly creationists who took issue with Tyson’s insistence on discussing evolution, the Big Bang theory and the history of scientific discovery. Their criticism of the show did not bother Tyson at all. 'You have to ask yourself, what are the numbers behind the people making these claims? Someone like Ken Ham [owner of the Creation Museum] has beliefs that are even crazy to many Christians...'"

And if stupid people don't "believe" in man-made climate change, so what?

"World's Largest Ice Sheets Melting At Fastest Rate Ever Recorded."

"Greenland and Antarctica are home to the two largest ice sheets in the world, and a new report released Wednesday says that they are contributing to sea level rise twice as much as they were just five years ago.

"Using the European Space Agency's CryoSat 2 satellite, the Alfred Wegener Institute from Germany has found that western Antarctica and Greenland are losing massive amounts of ice.

"'Combined, the two ice sheets are thinning at a rate of 500 cubic kilometres per year,' said glaciologist Dr. Angelika Humbert, one of the authors of the AWI study, in a press release. 'That is the highest speed observed since altimetry satellite records began about 20 years ago...'"

Our schools might be able to take the stupid out of stupid people...

"School Accidentally Omits 'Under God’ from Pledge, Parent Blames Obama for Trying to Take "God Out of Everything,"'"

"One South Carolina mother was appalled when her children’s school accidentally took the phrase 'under God' out of the Pledge of Allegiance. According to a story on Opposing Views, she blamed the government’s attempts 'to take God out of everything' for the omission.

"Jessica Andrews, the mother in question, told Fox News’ Todd Starnes how she felt when she read the Pledge that her daughter would recite every day in school:
"It was like an 'Oh my gosh' type of feeling. It didn’t have 'under God.' It’s outrageous, to be honest. It seems like the government is doing everything they can to take God out of everything."
By gosh, the word 'God' is missing, by golly...

How do stupid people broadcast their stupidity, anyway?

That couldn't be a problem for our libertease, could it?

What could those dummies want anyway? Oh...

As long as we  don't elect the Conservative dummies to public office we'll be okay...

But when you analyze the facts, Conservatives have to be stupid because they're...Conservatives.

"Missouri Councilman Blames His Racist Facebook Posts On The Fact He Is Republican."

"A Missouri city councilman is apologizing for what some are calling racist messages that he posted about President Obama on his Facebook page.

"Councilman Peter Tinsley’s offensive posts were brought up before the Poplar Bluff City Council at their meeting on Monday night.

"KFVS reports that Tinsley said the photos were posted last year and it was never his intention to offend anyone...

"...Tinsley said that apology not only goes out to the people of Poplar Bluff, but also to members of the Republican Party.

"'Anything that I have said, that I referred to the activity because I was a Republican, that is not true. It’s not an excuse,' Tinsley said..."

We've seen time and time again how Conservative Sheeplets claim they don't have to obey the laws of spelling, syntax, or grammar because they're practicing Conservatives.

A murderer can get off the hook by a claim of insanity, and now a Conservative racist can get away with his racist hatred by claiming that he is a Conservative...

What's next, a claim of Conservatism when one is accused of genocide?  Or rape? Or pedophilia?

Before it's too late let's criminalize Conservatism.

"Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a Republican. But I repeat

Harry S. Truman.
