Aren't Conservatives The Working Man's Friend?

With their nattering about "job creators" Conservatives claim to be the working man's friend, but there are times when we doubt it...

"America's Disappearing Jobs: 24/7 Wall St."

"After the Great Recession, which cost millions of Americans their jobs, the U.S. labor market has begun to heal. So far this year the United States has added an average of nearly 230,000 jobs per month. In the 10 years through 2022, the BLS estimates that total employment will grow by more than 15 million jobs, or nearly 11%.

"However, the outlook for some occupations is bleak. For example, the number of fallers — logging workers who cut down trees — is expected to decline by 43% between 2012 and 2022, the most of any occupation. Based on Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) estimates and projections for more than 1,000 occupations for 2012 and 2022, 24/7 Wall St. identified America’s disappearing jobs.

"Click here to see the nation’s disappearing jobs."

How CAN we thank a "job creator" this weekend?

Maybe like this?

"'Vampire' Cops to Establish Nazi-style Checkpoints Over Labor Day Weekend."

"Checkpoints, 'no refusal' blood draws now standard fare during national holidays
The police state will be rolling out in full force this Labor Day weekend, as police departments in several states prepare to violate their citizens’ Fourth Amendment protections, under the guise of keeping drunk drivers off the road.

"Cops nationwide are warning holiday revelers they will be subject to mandatory blood draws if an officer merely suspects them of driving under the influence.

"The practice, termed 'no refusal,' involves police administering roadside sobriety tests, alcohol breath tests or forcibly extracting blood samples without a person’s consent, securing evidence which would aid a future conviction. A judge is typically on hand to issue search warrants, attempting to give the illegal blood draws an air of legitimacy in the face of blatant constitutional violations.

"In states like Florida, police went one step further by erecting guilty-until-proven-innocent roadside checkpoints in the week leading up to the Labor Day weekend, where officers inspected driver’s licenses, proofs of insurance, vehicle registrations and checked for seat belt violations..."

When you're a Conservative, you celebrate Labor Day YOUR way...

"Washington conservative think tank to boycott Labor Day by working Monday."

"A conservative group in Olympia, Washington has vowed to boycott Labor Day because of the holiday’s association with labor unions.

"According to the Seattle Times, business backed conservative think tank the Freedom Foundation plans to protest the national holiday by refusing to take Monday off and having a “work-in” all day instead.

"'I can’t think of a problem in society that can’t be traced in some way back to the abuses of organized labor, so it would be hypocritical of us to take a day off on its behalf,' said the Freedom Foundation’s CEO Tom McCabe.

"Times columnist Danny Westneat pointed out that if McCabe really wants to protest union-led reforms in the workplace, then he should work every Saturday, as well.

"'What’s odd about it, though,' Westneat wrote, 'is that only 12 percent of American workers even belong to unions anymore. Yet we — I say "we" because I’m in that 12 percent — somehow retain an almost supernatural mind-meld authority over the oppressed and hapless other 88 percent.'

"Freedom Foundation materials call public labor unions a 'disease' that is 'running rampant' in Washington state..."

The Conservatives in Washington sure love the working man and woman...don't they?

If you can't think of anything nice to say about Conservatives and people who actually work for a living, then make fun of them as often as possible...(note the translation of "job creators.)

In the meantime give thanks to our Conservative job creators this weekend!

"Enjoying Your Long Weekend? Thank a Liberal for That, and 35 Other Things Unions Made Possible."

"There is nowhere you can turn where you won’t see (or not see, as they’re behind the scenes) union workers. And that’s a good thing. Because without unions, we wouldn’t have these things listed below:
  • All breaks at work, including lunch breaks
  • Paid vacation
  • Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Sick leave
  • Social Security
  • Minimum wage
  • Civil Rights Act/Title VII  (prohibits employer discrimination)
  • An 8-hour work day
  • Overtime pay
  • Child labor laws
  • Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA)
  • A 40-hour work week
  • Workers’ compensation (workers’ comp)
  • Unemployment insurance
  • Pensions
  • Workplace safety standards and regulations
  • Employer health care insurance
  • Collective bargaining rights for employees
  • Wrongful termination laws
  • Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA)
  • Whistleblower protection laws
  • Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) – prohibits employers from using a lie detector test on an employee
  • Veteran’s Employment and Training Services (VETS)
  • Compensation increases and evaluations (i.e. raises)
  • Sexual harassment laws
  • Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Holiday pay
  • Employer dental, life, and vision insurance
  • Privacy rights
  • Pregnancy and parental leave
  • Military leave
  • The right to strike
  • Public education for children
  • Equal Pay by the Acts of 1963 & 2011
  • Laws prohibiting sweatshops in the United States
"Every American worker is beholden to unions for the item on that list. Every. One."

You may have noticed we didn't say a thing about Conservatives and abortion or Conservatives and personal responsibility or Conservatives and states' rights...that's because those issues are only important to Conservatives as long as they drive some of the dimmest bulbs among us to the polls.

Conservatives Get More Hypocritical The Closer We Get To Election Day

As we close in on Tuesday, November 4th the GOP remembers the disaster of the Romney candidacy when his "severe Conservatism" ruined their plans. We all know what they've said since the election, but their braggadocio will be tempered the closer we get to Election Day...

Here is what they tell their faithful...

"Larry Klayman: Obama Wants To Rename The White House 'The Black House,' Start A 'Race War.'"

"Unhinged right-wing legal advocate Larry Klayman believes that President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have created a 'race war in the nation.' Klayman wrote in a WorldNetDaily column on Friday that the president and Holder are 'racist' against white people 'and in favor of their black brothers.'

"According to Klayman, the administration is deliberately fomenting and ignoring 'racially motivated crimes against whites,' while using Obamacare to 'have whitey pay reparations to blacks.'

"'At this rate, it is remarkable that Obama has not renamed the White House "the Black House..."'

And this...

And this...

BUT this is what happens as we near Election Day, just in one State...

"GOP ads full of hypocrisy, rely on gullibility."

"CHARLESTON – Well, the 2014 general election campaign is in full swing and the ads are flying. It only takes about a week to get your fill of them.

"This year’s run of Republican ads is full of little thought or imagination. The negative ads by Republicans Capito and Jenkins (you remember, the guy who was a Democrat just months ago) have a simple message. President Obama doesn’t like coal and, therefore, all other Democrats don’t like coal either..."

So even though we know what the Conservatives really are...

"Secret McConnell Recordings Underscore Need For Reversing Citizens United."

McConnell answers questions from reporters after the weekly Republican caucus luncheon at the U.S. Capitol in Washington

"In a recent, secret Koch brothers summit first brought to public attention by The Undercurrent, Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) – not knowing he was being taped – spoke candidly to his audience of wealthy corporate CEOs, uber-elite donors, and fellow conservative politicians that push their anti-worker, pro-business agendas.

"Speaking of the 2010 Supreme Court decision in Citizens United vs. The Federal Elections Commission, McConnell said:
"…So all Citizens United did was to level the playing field for corporate speech…. We now have, I think, the most free and open system we’ve had in modern times. The Supreme Court allowed all of you to participate in the process in a variety of different ways."
"McConnell continued, and bashed Democratic attempts to raise the minimum wage for workers, extend expired benefits to the unemployed, and allow students some relief from crushing student debt. It seems McConnell was channeling George Orwell who said"
"All men are created equal, but some are more equal than others."
"The playing field that McConnell spoke of has 'leveled' to the point that actual citizens voices have been reduced to the level of background noise while that of millionaires and corporations have been elevated to a deafening roar. A recent Princeton study showed that the influence of average people, even when joined with thousands of others, has only a fraction of the power of that of the wealthy and of corporations..."

Here's the kind of stuff they're going to say to save their jobs...

"Another 'Red' State Admits They Were WRONG About Obamacare, Quietly Accepts Medicaid Expansion."

"Remember earlier this year, around the time news of the ACA roll-out’s success were starting to trickle in, when Republicans finally started revealing their true fears about it?

"Rand Paul summed it up nicely:
"People get assumed and accustomed to receiving things, particularly things that they get for free.”
"Or, to paraphrase: 'We’re terrified people will like it, and then we’ll all look like idiots.'

"After the roll-out, fully half the states in the U.S., all of them controlled by Tea-baiting GOP lawmakers refused federal funds to expand Medicaid in their states. A good move from a political demagogue’s point of view…maybe not so much for the people of those disproportionately impoverished states, who were left asking, 'Why are we still dying because you won’t give us the medical care we’re legally due?'

"Of course, those with any degree of reason knew that that wouldn’t last forever, especially considering the fact that most of the poorest states in the Union are controlled by the GOP. Arkansas and Iowa were among the first opt-out states to opt back in under pressure from the public, adopting modified 'private option' plans that can utilize the Medicaid money offered by the Fed to pay for or subsidize private insurance.

"Now, Tennessee is looking to join that group, among three other red states including Pennsylvania planning on doing the same..."

But try as they might, the Cons never get it quite right...

"Republicans Court Female Voters By Carefully Explaining That Women Are Wrong."

"Yesterday, Politico published a leaked report commissioned by two Republican lobbying groups on how the party can better attract female voters. The report, based on a recent poll of 800 female registered voters as well as a series of focus groups, is titled 'Republicans and Women Voters: Huge Challenges, Real Opportunities.' The central challenge facing the Republican party is that women—particularly single women and women who have graduated from college—are 'barely receptive' to its policies, and are likely to consider the party 'intolerant,' 'lacking in compassion,' and 'stuck in the past.'

"Here’s where the 'real opportunity' comes in: If only the Republicans could explain to these women that they are wrong, their votes would come flooding in. The report says that it is a 'lack of understanding' between women and Republicans that 'closes many minds to Republican policy solutions.' Republicans can attract the female vote by attacking the Democratic claim that GOP policies do not promote 'fairness' for women and dealing 'honestly with any disagreement on abortion' before moving on to 'other issues...'"

The quotes,  "barely receptive" to its policies...likely to consider the party "intolerant," "lacking in compassion," and "stuck in the past" covers all of the Conservatives' aims, so be careful if the Cons clever campaign ads make you think some Con is the exception to the rule...

Because no Conservative is an exception to the rule, they are all the same, even if the Sheeplets and Low Information Voters fall for disinformation campaigns every single time...

Most of the professional Conservatives are aware of their own hypocrisy.  They know the electorate won't stand for their stated beliefs -- abortion, "freedom," states' rights, ad infinitum -- and after the Romney fiasco they know that the middle class voter doesn't believe that the upper class should rule unchallenged, which is the Conservatives' core belief.

But we live in a participatory democracy, and the Cons will repeat the same strategy year after year: make the voter fearful and fill them with hate, make up any lie they can think of, and trumpet racism and violence until...

...Election Day gets uncomfortably close and the propaganda mavens have to be summoned.

There oughta be a law.

balloons and ribbons."

"...The Right of The Children To Keep And Bear Arms, Shall Not Be Infringed."

Is this how the NRA defends pushing guns on our kids?

"Nation Debates Extremely Complex Issue of Children Firing Military Weapons."

Photo: Nick Anderson, The Houston Chronicle

"WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Across the United States on Wednesday, a heated national debate began on the extremely complex issue of children firing military weapons.

"'Every now and then, the nation debates an issue that is so complicated and tricky it defies easy answers,' says pollster Davis Logsdon. 'Letting small children fire automatic weapons is such an issue.'

"Logsdon says that the thorny controversy is reminiscent of another ongoing national debate, about whether it is a good idea to load a car with dynamite and drive it into a tree..."

Let's take a look at some of the deep thinkers in the Gun World...

"In gun world, giving an Uzi to a child makes perfect sense."

Parents let their little girl handle an Uzi; a man ends up dead

"Sam Scarmado, the owner of the Bullets and Burgers outdoor shooting range in Arizona, went on TV Wednesday to stress how perfectly safe his recreational facility is, despite Monday’s accidental shooting death of one of his instructors at the hands of a 9-year-old girl with an Uzi. That, and many of the other things he said in an MSNBC interview, reveals just how weirdly the values of the gun world skew from the world in which most Americans live.

"A cellphone video of the shooting shows the instructor patiently helping the slight, brown-haired child to hold and aim the automatic weapon and shoot live bullets at a target. She takes one shot and all is fine, but when she squeezes the trigger for multiple bursts, the girl cannot handle the recoil, the gun bucks to the left and a bullet goes into the instructor’s brain..."

But this was just a glitch in policy, and the owner of the shooting range fixed everything up nice and dandy...

"After 9-year-old fatally shoots instructor with an Uzi, gun range raises age minimum to 12."

Photo: Tom Stiglich

"First, the bad news.

  • A nine-year-old girl was learning how to use an Uzi sub-machine gun, when she lost control of it and wound up fatally shooting her instructor in the head at the Last Stop shooting range in White Hills, Arizona.
  • Her parents filmed it on their cell phone.
  • Charles Vaca, 39, is dead.
  • A nine-year-old girl will be psychologically scarred for life because she witnessed the death of a man she killed accidentally.
  • Parents will be psychologically scarred for life because they witnessed their nine-year-old daughter kill a man, accidentally, because they thought this was an age-appropriate activity.
  • People think that kids should learn how to use Uzis.
  • The shooting took place at a combined fast food restaurant and firing range.
  • A combined fast food restaurant and firing range exists.
  • The tour company that brings people to the range is called Bullets and Burgers.

"The Good News: Tragedies can serve as teachable moments. And that’s exactly what we see here. You see, before this death, the age minimum at the Last Stop shooting range was 8. I think we can all agree that that’s ridiculous. Especially when operating an Uzi. But now, a change has come. The age minimum is now twelve years old. And, as if that’s not already radical enough. the minimum height is five feet. Seems a little sizest and ageist to me, but safety first, I guess..."

And what blessed sacrament can we find at the altar of the Gun World?

Gun worship is America's true religion

But the NRA will make sure that parents keep their kids armed at all times...

"Five of Cliven Bundy’s Grandkids Pulled From School Because They Can’t Bring Weapons to Class (Video)."

"If you thought you’d never hear this man’s name again, you were mistaken. Five of Cliven Bundy’s grandchildren were pulled from their Clark County, Nevada schools because of a ban on bringing knives on campus.

"After officials at Virgin Valley High School in Mesquite told Ryan Bundy, Welfare Cowboy’s son, that his 15-year-old daughter was not permitted to bring her pocketknife to school because Clark County School policy prohibits weapons on campus, Bundy pulled his children from school.

"Bundy disputes the claim that knives — sharp, pointy metal objects — are weapons, and explained to administrators that he has always taught his children it is essential to always carry one with them..."

And as long as kids have good role models around them, nothing bad will happen...

Photo: Milt Priggee's WA State Political Cartoons

"FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- There's been 30 shootings in 28 days in and around the city of Fresno. Police are concerned as two children were innocent victims in two of those incidents. There's also been an increase in homicides, as this year has already surpassed last year in numbers. Officers say what they can't track is the number of shootings they've been able to prevent.

"Since January there's been just over 30 murders. The most recent was near Florence and Weller in front of King Elementary in Southwest Fresno. One man was killed and a teenager was wounded. Police Chief Jerry Dyer says they generally attribute the increase to gang retaliation..."

If we teach our kids gun safety, everything will be peachy keen...

Won't it?

Photo: Bill Day

The NRA is a progressive outfit and just when you thought you had their number when they misinterpreted the Second Amendment, they outsourced their message to our children to keep murders by gunshot alive.

Conservatives love the NRA, and with the all the money that the NRA throws at the GOP it's obvious that the NRA loves Conservatives too.

The whole issue might come to a standstill if somehow we regulate or eliminate campaign spending so that anti-American criminal syndicates like the Conservative "movement" and their corporate sponsors and think tanks can be eliminated from politics...

...or we can just criminalize Conservatism.

The Conservative War Against Women And Children Continues

Children are too young to understand the Conservatives' war against them, but women are catching on...

"Women Don't Think The GOP Cares About Them, Internal Report Confirms."

"A new internal Republican report confirmed that women are not fans of the GOP, and Republicans have more work to do if they want the female vote.

"The report, which was obtained by Politico, found that although Republicans have tried to improve outreach to female voters, women still believe the party is "stuck in the past" and "intolerant." Forty-nine percent of women polled for the report looked on the GOP unfavorably. Only 39 percent felt that way about the Democratic Party.

"The study was commissioned by two conservative groups: Karl Rove's Crossroads GPS and the American Action Network..."

Now that the GOP knows it has a problem, they can start winning more elections!

"Tom Corbett Makes Sexist Remark While Trying To Appeal To Women."

"Apparently, only women make dinner, according to Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett (R).

"Corbett, speaking on a local TV program last month, claimed women would support his proposal to reform his state's liquor laws because it would save time while preparing dinner.

"'I think a lot of people want to be able to walk into a grocery store, particularly, a lot of the women, want to go and buy a bottle of wine for dinner, go down, buy a six-pack or two six-packs, buy dinner and go home rather than what I described as three stops in Pennsylvania,' he said..."

The He-Man Women Haters Club doesn't have any chapters in Congress, though...

"Gillibrand: Congressmen Called Me 'Fat' After Baby."

"If there was any question as to whether sexual harassment exists among members of Congress, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) confirmed the answer in a new interview with People magazine.

"According to excerpts from the interview obtained in advance by the New York Post, the congresswoman recalled multiple male colleagues making disparaging comments about her body as she struggled with her weight after having a child.

"'You know, Kirsten, you're even pretty when you're fat,' an unidentified Southern congressman told her in the House chamber.

"'Good thing you're working out, because you wouldn't want to get porky!' another male colleague told her in the House gym, to which Gillibrand responded, 'Thanks, asshole.'

"Acknowledging that she was too heavy for her health, Gillibrand lost 50 pounds while she served in the House in 2009. But the comments followed her into the Senate the following year.

"Gillibrand said an older senator once grabbed her waist from behind and said, 'Don't lose too much weight now. I like my girls chubby...'"

Conservatives love children, except when war has been declared...

"Seven US children are shot dead every day on average 'and we are as a country ignoring them.'"

"For every U.S. soldier killed in Afghanistan during 11 years of war, at least 13 children were shot and killed in America.

"More than 450 kids didn’t make it to kindergarten.

"Another 2,700 or more were killed by a firearm before they could sit behind the wheel of a car.

"Every day, on average, seven children were shot dead.

"A News21 investigation of child and youth deaths in America between 2002 and 2012 found that at least 28,000 children and teens 19-years-old and younger were killed with guns. Teenagers between the ages of 15 and 19 made up over two-thirds of all youth gun deaths in America.

"The News21 findings are compiled in the most complete database to date from records obtained from 49 state health departments and FBI Supplementary Homicide Reports..."

The Republicans' main supporter loves children too, even when they're not getting shot at!

"NRA: 'Children Can Have Fun At The Shooting Range.'"

"Less than two days after a 9-year-old girl in Arizona accidentally shot and killed a gun range instructor who was showing her how to fire an Uzi, the National Rifle Association on Wednesday touted new ways for children to "have fun" at shooting ranges.

wayne lapierre

"The nation's largest gun lobby posted a tweet Wednesday afternoon to its NRA Women account that read '7 Ways Children Can Have Fun at the Shooting Range.' The tweet included a link to an article with the same title published on the website of Women's Outdoor News. A little over an hour after posting it, NRA Women deleted the tweet without explanation..."

When all is said and done, the Conservatives are always defended by the people who serve and protect us from the Conservative Three-fer: their War on Women, Children...and People of Color.

"St. Louis County Police Chief Defends Aggressive Response To Ferguson Protests."

"CLAYTON, Mo. -- The head of the Saint Louis County Police, who oversaw the crackdown on protests in nearby Ferguson shortly after a teenager was shot and killed by a police officer there, is defending the way his officers used military-style equipment even during peaceful daytime protests.

"Chief Jon Belmar said Wednesday that in his opinion -- as well as in the opinion of police chiefs around the country -- much of the military-style equipment now used by police is necessary 'because we patrol very urban areas.'

"Belmar added that the St. Louis County Police had a responsibility to mitigate the threat of 'serious crimes' and 'certain terrorist events.' In practice, though, he said the equipment is used in armed barricade situations and, occasionally, in executing search warrants. He said he never anticipated he would ever use it against demonstrators.

"'I never envisioned a day in which we would see that type of equipment used against protesters. But I also never envisioned a day in 28 years that we’d see the kind of criminal activity spin out of peaceful demonstrations,' Belmar said.

"Responding to questions from The Huffington Post and other reporters at St. Louis County Police headquarters, the chief said he had no regrets about some of the more aggressive tactics used in Ferguson this month, such as releasing tear gas on the crowds..."

The real Conservative war is the War Against The 98 Percent, everyone who isn't a wealthy white American. The wars are plentiful: the War Against The Poor, the War Against The Aged, the War get the picture.

Conservatism is easy to define, it's not a reverence for the past, it's not about "individual responsibility," nor is it about abortion, "choice," or any other social issues that they pretend to advocate.

Conservatism is all about the money, even though they lose elections when they admit it -- as Romney and even John Adams found out 200 years earlier in the electoral shellacking they got when trying to convince the non-rich that the rich should rule over the 98 percent.

Do you want to end the relentless War Against The 98 Percent?  Don't wait for a cease fire, just...

...criminalize Conservatism.

Why ARE Conservatives So Stupid?

"Biology and political orientation."

"A number of studies have found that biology may be linked with political orientation. This means that biology is a possible cause of political orientation, but, may also mean that which ideology you identify with changes your ability to perform certain tasks..."

"WATCH: Idiot With Confederate Flag Sets Himself on Fire Attempting Ice Bucket Challenge (Video)." (Go to site for video)

"The ice bucket challenge is incredibly stupid, yet simple: You dump a bucket of ice water on your head. You would have to be a Confederate flag-waving  moron to screw it up. Unfortunately for this guy, he’s a Confederate flag-waving  moron who added alcohol to the mix.

"Decked out in his patriotic American flag vest and carrying his traitorous Confederate flag, our friend Cam began by drunkenly nominating a couple friends. “Alright, let’s get the water goin’ over here,” he said.

"Then he lit his head on fire.

"The plan seemed to be for Cam to light his hat on fire, then have a friend throw the water on him. Seems simple enough. The friend doused him with water, as expected…
…But there’s a TWIST!

"Either something 'extra' was added to the bucket or the amount of water used was insufficient — but our pal Cam went up like an overcooked ‘marshmaller.’ Apparently, Cam has never been to grade school, either, because he completely forgot 'Stop, Drop, and Roll.'

"Screaming, he ran off screen as his friend shouted at him to 'roll on the f*cking ground.'

"'Holy shit!' he exclaimed. 'Dude, my hair’s f*cked up!..'"

More from Biology And Political Orientation...

"A 2011 study by cognitive neuroscientist Ryota Kanai's group at University College London published in Current Biology, found a correlation between differences in political views and differences in brain structures in a convenience sample of students from University College London. The researchers performed MRI scans on the brains of 90 volunteer students who had indicated their political orientation on a five-point scale ranging from 'very liberal' to 'very conservative'. Students who reported more 'conservative' political views tended to have larger amygdalae, a structure in the temporal lobes that performs a primary role in the processing and memory of emotions. On the other hand, more 'liberal' students tended to have a larger volume of grey matter in the anterior cingulate cortex, a structure of the brain associated with monitoring uncertainty and handling conflicting information..."

And here are the results of genetic stupidity...

Wait, there's more...

"Republicans Killing America: US Poor Now In Worse Shape than Many 3rd World Nations!"

"You start talking about poverty in the United States with a right-winger and I can practically guarantee that the first thing they’ll bring up is “how good America’s poor have it,” because with them, it’s race to the bottom. Well, guess what, baseball fans?

"We hit the bottom.

"A new report detailing research done by Brookings suggests that the poor living in the United States are among the poorest people in the world. The Brookings research found that the United States has between 2% and 5% — that’s roughly 6.6 and 16.5 million Americans — living in poverty at the level found in the poorest nations of the world, around $2 per day per person. Which means that, right now, there are anywhere from 6.6 to 16.5 million Americans living in poverty rivaled only in cities like Lagos, Rio de Janerio, and Mexico City. The only reason they appear to have it better is because of the widespread waste culture and scavenging..."

"GOP candidate: Colorado gay congressman will behead Christians who don’t worship sodomy."

Credit: YouTube
Rush's long-lost kid brother?
"A Republican nominee for a seat in Colorado’s statehouse accused Democrats of lacking a sense of humor after he said a gay U.S. congressman would soon start beheading Christians.

"'This weekend I sent out an email alert to my constituents in which I used hyperbole,' Gordon Klingenschmitt said in a video uploaded to YouTube on Monday. 'You know what hyperbole is. It’s a literary device where you exaggerate to make a point. Well, apparently some Democrats do not have a sense of humor and they were offended by some of the things I said using hyperbole this weekend.'

"An email alert sent out by Klingenschmitt over the weekend stated that Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) wanted to execute Christians, reported Right Wing Watch..."

More evidence suggesting that Conservatives are fearful and feel disgust more than normal people from Wikipedia's Biology And Political Orientation...

Persons with right-wing views had greater skin conductance response, indicating greater sympathetic nervous system response, to threatening images than those with left-wing views in one study. There was no difference for positive or neutral images. Holding right-wing views was also associated with a stronger startle reflex as measured by strength of eyeblink in response to unexpected noise. A study of subjects' reported level of disgust linked to various scenarios showed that people who scored highly on the 'disgust sensitivity' scale held more politically conservative views..."

Rather than harvesting a few thousand Conservative brains for further research, education may solve the problem of Conservative stupidity...

Or we can just post this pic to the Conservative sites and forums:

Of the 800-plus essays we've posted since the inception of this site, 167 of them have been filed under the label, "Conservatives Are Stupid."

We've made many suggestions to cure their unfortunate malady, but the best suggestion? Criminalize Conservatism.

Disenfranchizing them would help, but that can be included in the New Rules after Conservatism is made illegal.

Criminalizing the GOP won't do the trick, they'll just change the name of their party to something else.  There are too many to deport or even to correct the problem until stem cell research makes new advancements.

Conservatism is the problem, stupid people make the problem worse, and because Conservatism is a vast criminal organization that has relentlessly throttled the life out of America's democracy, there is only one solution and that is to...

...criminalize Conservatism.
