More News About Conservative Criminality

After our five-part series on "How to Organize Boycotts, Protests, And Demonstrations," we are taking a break from our usual format to lay out a few stories and opeds during the last week or so that have a bearing on the vast criminal enterprise known as Conservatism.

The Top Ten:

1.  After Conservatism is criminalized, what are we to do with the Sheeplets who have been bleating behind the Conservative leadership's relentless game of Class Warfare? From Alternet.org:

"Can You Rewire Your Brain to Change Bad Habits, Thoughts, and Feelings?,"  Advances in psychology offer hope. (http://www.alternet.org/personal-health/can-you-rewire-your-brain-change-bad-habits-thoughts-and-feelings?paging=off)

2.  How do we know if our news outlet is objective or just another hit piece from the Conservative propagandists?  From the Examiner.com:

"50 right-wing news sources that are infecting the American mind." (http://www.examiner.com/article/50-politically-biased-sources-not-to-get-your-news-from)

3.  Will the Republicans hide their voter suppression tactics this time around?  Not according to them!  From Thinkprogress.org:

"Top Pennsylvania Republican Admits Voter ID Helped Suppress Obama Votes." (http://thinkprogress.org/justice/2013/07/17/2313571/top-pennsylvania-republican-admits-voter-id-helped-suppress-obama-voters/)

4.  But of course it's just Pennsylvania that's breaking the law.  From  Talkingpointsmemo.com:

"Florida To Resume Voter Purge Following Supreme Court VRA Ruling." (http://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/florida-to-resume-voter-purge-following-supreme-court-vra-ruling.php?ref=fpa)

5.  "I'm a Conservative, and I'm not racist!"  Uh, huh - not according to Consortiumnews.org:

6.  "I'm a Conservative, and..." Nope, you're still a racist.  From NewAmericamedia.org:

"Blacks Who Stand Their Ground Often Imprisoned." (http://newamericamedia.org/2013/07/blacks-who-stand-their-ground-often-imprisoned.php)

7.  Some boycotts work!  From Forbes Magazine:

"Papa John's, Applebee's And Others Pay Huge Price For Anti-Obamacare Politicking." (http://www.forbes.com/sites/rickungar/2012/12/04/papa-johns-applebees-and-others-pay-huge-price-for-anti-obamacare-politicking/)

8.  "But some of my best friends are Hispanic!"  Another whopper exposed at The Washington Post:

"Sequestration hits Hispanic families hard." (http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/sequestration-hits-hispanic-families-hard/2013/07/21/7788e412-eb07-11e2-aa9f-c03a72e2d342_story.html?wpisrc=nl_headlines)

9.  The ongoing murder-for-profit of our public school system, from Alternet.org:

"School Districts, Charter Schools Save Money By Impoverishing Support Staff.  There’s a vast difference between working in an unionized district and working in an unorganized charter or public school." (http://www.alternet.org/school-districts-charter-schools-save-money-impoverishing-support-staff?akid=10716.1084699.hWMXzC&rd=1&src=newsletter872026&t=5)

10. Remember when our bankers where held in such high esteem?  Not anymore, not with our Banksters, as we see, once again from Alternet.org:

"Bank of America's Recipe for Getting Away with Massive Fraud, Racketeering and Money Laundering.  Inside the hypergluttonous megabank, whose criminal conspiracies we’ll all be paying for until the end of time." (http://www.alternet.org/corporate-accountability-and-workplace/how-does-criminal-enterprise-engaging-large-scale-fraud-and?akid=10716.1084699.hWMXzC&rd=1&src=newsletter872026&t=3)

We passed on 20 other stories and editorials for want of time and these Top Ten were picked at random, not because of their importance, because they're all important.

When you begin to doubt that the Conservative movement in the guise of its "political party," the GOP, is NOT a criminal enterprise, a quick scan of the headlines proves the opposite:  that the Conservatives are the largest criminal organization in history, easily dwarfing the Mafia and other crime syndicates, and given the aura of legitimacy by virtue of their activities in the political arena.
